"Emma's pet boarding service was fantastic! We had never done pet boarding before so was nervous with how our bunny would do. Emma was reassuring and helped put our minds at ease. She made sure our bunny got enough exercise and attention, and sent us loads of videos and photos throughout the week! Hutches were very spacious and clean. Hutches in a lovely safe and secure ventilated outhouse. I would definitely recommend and will be using her again! Chip had a brilliant time on holiday with you Emma! Thanks xx"

"I felt completely confident leaving our Guinea pigs in Emma's care. Her set up is amazing and it was extremely clean, inviting but most importantly safe and secure.
Emma showed genuine love for the pets in her care and I found her very easy and flexible to communicate with. Regular updates and photos were sent which was reassuring whilst we were away.
I will 100% be using Emma's service again which is fabulous value for money and provides peace of mind.

"Emma looked after our 2 mini lops for a week over half term. They were very well cared for and Emma is lovely. The hotel is super clean and very well organised. Think they are missing Hop on Holiday already! We will be back in summer!"

Emma was super with us and our rabbits. It is the first time I have used her and I would definitely use her again
She has a lovely clean bright set up and most importantly she loves the pets. She communicated with us very frequently with lots of photos and messages and she was very flexible with pick up and drop of times.

I am so glad I found Emma to look after my buns! I go away quite a bit for work, and dates can chop and change and she's been incredibly flexible and understanding. Very quick to reply to messages and also sends lots of pics of the girls over whilst I'm away. The first night my girls were with her, there was a very loud thunderstorm overnight and she went outside to sit in the shed with them to make sure they were OK! Above and beyond 🌟 My buns will definitely be going back to Hop on Holiday for their holidays!

Fantastic service from Emma - constant daily updates with lots of photos and information about how our guinea pigs & hamsters were doing. Really pleased with the service and will definitely be using Hop On Holiday again - so pleased we used them to take care of our little animals!

We wouldn't hesitate to use Emma again next time we go on holiday. Her daily updates whilst we were away put our minds at rest and it was clear how much she cared for our bunnies. She was honestly such a pleasure to interact with and the bunnies seemed to really enjoy her presence too.

Emma runs a wonderful business but it's more than that she treats our Bunnies Max and Benny as if they were hers and loves them just as much as we do, loved all the updates stopped us missing the bunnies so much, will be sending them again.

I cannot recommend Emma and Hop on Holiday highly enough! Emma was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. You can tell she genuinely cares about the little animals she looks after, and we felt Teddy was very safe and happy in her care. It’s the first time I’ve used hop on holiday and I based my decision heavily on the reviews it had and having visited the premises and seen the facilities firsthand prior to booking my pet in. Emma who runs Hoppy on Holiday is so friendly and clearly loves small animals in particular rabbits! The hutches are clean and there is outdoor space with runs for them. Theo had a great stay and we were continually kept updated with photos as to how he was doing whilst we were away. We would definitely recommend Emma’s services and will be using them again, so much so he’s already booked in for his next holiday! Thank you for giving us the peace of mind and for looking after Theo so well!

Emma is so so lovely! I am a very protective bun mum! Only the best for them so when i was looking for a boarder i was quite worried but as soon as i met Emma my worries went away! She genuinely cares and loves every one of her furry guests. I was updated throughout their stay with messages and photos. The set ups she has are clean and safe and in a shed which is good for indoor fluffs!. They have access to her garden and free roam too. Emma makes sure they have a home from home experience, ensuring they have exactly what you ask! I have already enquired about booking them in again in October, i wouldn't ask any one else. So Thank you so much for looking after them like they are your own 💜

We went away for few days over October half term and needed somewhere for our guinea pig. Emma at Hop on Holiday was recommended by a friend. She was amazing. ;-) She has the most wonderfully clean, welcoming set up and is passionate and dedicated to looking after people’s fur babies. She also looks after all the owners with regular updates and photos. Great communication before, during and after our boy’s stay - we will definitely be booking him in again.
